1. What areas do you cover?

We currently service most of northern Ireland. If you're nearby and unsure, feel free to get in touch and we’ll let you know if we can come to you!


2. Do I have to sign a contract?

Nope! We’re a pay-as-you-go service—no contracts, no pressure. However, if you’d prefer a regular service agreement, we’re happy to draw up a custom contract just for you.


3. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes! We bring everything needed to get the job done, including eco-friendly cleaning products and all equipment.


4. What types of cleaning services do you offer?

We offer regular domestic cleaning, deep cleans, end of tenancy cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and one-off cleans. Just let us know what you need!


5. How do I book a clean?

You can book by phone, email, or through our website contact form. We’ll get back to you promptly to confirm availability.


6. How do I pay for the service?

Payment is simple—we accept cash, bank transfers. Since we’re pay-as-you-go, you only pay for each clean as you book it.


7. Can I request the same cleaner each time?

Yes, wherever possible, we’ll send the same cleaner to maintain consistency and build trust.


8. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

No problem—just give us at least 24 hours' notice and we’ll reschedule at no extra charge.


9. Are your cleaners insured?

Absolutely. All our staff are fully insured for your peace of mind.


10. Can you clean while I’m not home?

Yes! Many of our clients prefer this. As long as we can access the property, we’re happy to clean while you’re out.


11. Do you clean homes with pets?

Of course! We love pets. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.


12. How long will the clean take?

It depends on the size and condition of your home. We’ll give you an estimated time when you book, and we always work efficiently to get the best results.


13. What happens if something gets damaged during cleaning?

We take the utmost care in your home. In the rare case that something is damaged, we’re fully insured and will handle the situation professionally.


14. Can I customise my cleaning service?

Yes! Let us know your priorities or any special requests, and we’ll tailor the clean to suit your needs.


15. Do you offer gift vouchers or one-off cleans for special occasions?

We do! Our cleaning gift vouchers make a great present, and we’re happy to help get your home sparkling before or after special events.
